The Casolare is composed from a main unit of approximately 500 mq, which has been subdivided in 5 apartments, everyone of various largeness, ideals in order to accommodate from 2 5 persons. A secondary unit is placed to south of the main nucleus and anch' it is subdivided in two independent apartments.
The Residence Casanova's prices include the following services:
- Water, gas, electric power.
- The weekly change of linen.
- Satellite TV.
- Private and bower parking.
- Swimming pool (opened from 24/04 to 16/10).
- Laundry (common use with n°2 washing machines and ironing board).
- Barbecue (common use with carbon).
- Wood for fireplace on request before the arrival..
- Children playground area.
- Ping pong.
- Mountain bikes.
- Each flat has an outside, private place with a table and a beach umbrella/gazebo.
Extra Prices (not included) are:
- Final cleaning : € 50.00
Final cleaning for apartment I Pollai € 35.00.
Final cleaning for staying less than 3 nights € 25.00 per apartment - Breakfast (upon request): minimum 5 persons - € 5,00 per person (Italian Buffet).
- Heating (€ 2,00 per hour).
- Additional double be in the Fienile 's flat € 15,00 per day.
- Additional single bed (€ 10,00 per day).
- Cradle (nr. 4 available): € 25,00 per week.
- Small sized pets (upon request - extra price € 25,00 per week).
RULES TO BE RESPECTED
- RECEPTION's TIMETABLE : 9:00 AM - 12:00 // 15:30 to 18:30
- ARRIVAL: 15:30 - 18:30. Late arrival must be communicated the day before.
- DEPARTURE: within 10:00 am
- Please note that payment due must be settled when checking in.
- IMPORTANT: respect the departure and arrival timetable.
- The inventory deposit is €200,00
